Bookings & cancellation

• Sessions can be moved or cancelled free up to 24 hours before the hour.
• Within 24 hours the session fee is kept; the house uses it to heat the pool regardless.
• Memberships are monthly, cancel any time, and the last month runs to its end.
• Gift vouchers never expire and are replaceable once, free.

Health & honesty

• The house makes no medical claims for the water, in any room, ever.
• Ask a doctor before cold plunging if you are pregnant, or manage a heart or blood-pressure condition.
• Stewards are first-aid trained and the deck keeps a full kit and a phone on the wall.

Privacy, stated in one line

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and sends nothing anywhere. The only thing stored is your theme choice, in your own browser, under the key ms-theme. Clear it and the house forgets you preferred the evening.

Content & fiction

Everything on this site is invented: the house, the spring, Ottilie Marsh, the centenary board, every review. If a real Marrow Springs exists somewhere, it is a coincidence and probably warmer.

Photography

No cameras in the pool hall or the Mosaic Room, ever. The wordmark and arch drawings are free to sketch, and sketchbooks live in the Resting Hall for exactly that.
