The Pools
Five rooms share the Marrow spring, from a 38-metre swimming pool to a steam hall you can lose a thought in. Start with the long pool, finish in the Resting Hall, and let the order do the work.
Water temperature: 33–45 °C across the house. See when it runs quietest.
Every room, in the order the house suggests
The Cascade Bath
39 °C. Sit under the three falls and let the spring press your shoulders down. Ten to twenty minutes. This is the front door to everything else.
The Meridian Pool
33 °C, 38 metres, six lanes marked in brass tile. Dawn sessions are silent by custom. If you can swim a hundred lengths you have earned the house mug.
The Mosaic Room
45 °C steam under a vault of hand-set green tiles. Sit on the upper bench only after you have learned the lower one. Robe pegs outside, pride inside.
The Cold Plunge
6 °C, drawn nightly and never warmed. Thirty seconds is the house record for a composed exit. Two breaths in, step down the ladder, breathe out long.
The Resting Hall
No talking, no phones, blankets folded by the door. This is not an optional step: the Resting Hall is where the cold and heat settle into something you keep.
Not sure where to start?
