Everything we do on a table or a bench, priced plainly and timed honestly. Every treatment ends in the Resting Hall with tea, because it should.

Birch & Salt	60 min	$70	Brisk birch-whisk back work, then coarse salt liniment from the drying yard. Cheerful and loud.
Stone Warming	75 min	$85	Warmed river stones set along the spine while you steam. The quietest hour in the house.
Cold Assembly	45 min	$45	Three guided plunges with a steward counting you down and a debrief over tea.
Slatebeck Massage	50 min	$80	Firm table massage with the house barley-oil rub. No music; the river carries the sound.
Steam Facial	30 min	$40	Mosaic Room steam, cold-spoon finish, and one honest skincare sentence.
Linth & Linen	40 min	$55	Dry brush, linen wrap, and twenty minutes under a blanket in the Resting Hall.
The Twelfth	120 min	$160	The full circuit twice, once for heat and once for cold, with tea between. House favourite.
