Four ways the house does a session
A ritual is a fixed order of rooms with a steward walking you through it. You can of course wander freely; the rituals exist because the order works and always has.
The house default
Cascade for warmth, Meridian for movement, Mosaic for steam, Plunge for cold, Resting Hall for the settle. The steward times every turn and tells you when to leave a room, which is the part nobody regrets.
The cheerful one
A brisk birch-whisk back treatment on the warmed bench, then the coarse salt liniment the yard has made since 1948. Loud, quick, and famous for the mood it leaves.
The quiet one
River stones warmed in the boiler room and set along the spine while you sit in the Mosaic Room. Words optional. The house books this one for its own staff after long weeks.
The honest one
Three guided plunges with a steward counting you down, breathing coach in the middle, and a debrief over linden tea. Bring grit; the house brings towels and no judgement.
Demonstration: rituals are invented and no booking is taken by this site.
